You must trade-in your old phone from a non-VZ service provider & transfer your number to VZ. New line activation, smartphone trade-in & number transfer must be completed in one transaction.

Old phone pay-off:
Upload a bill from your current service provider which is dated within 30 days of the current date & shows an outstanding smartphone balance on the number being transferred to VZ. The phone must be active on that number. Smartphone must be part of a monthly installment payment plan with at least three payments made to your current provider.
You will be notified within 48 hours if your bill(s) are accepted for this offer. Pay off credit amount is based on the outstanding smartphone balance (excluding taxes & fees), not to exceed $800; credit will be applied to your VZ acct in 2-3 bills.
You remain solely responsible for paying off your old phone with your service provider.
New phone:
Trade-in your old phone toward the purchase of one of the following: iPhone 16 128GB, iPhone 16 Plus 128GB, iPhone 16 Pro 128GB, Google Pixel 10 128GB, Pixel 10 Pro 128GB, Samsung Galaxy S25 128GB or Galaxy S25+ 256GB. Credit, varying by smartphone purchase and phone trade-in, applied to acct over the term of your agmt (up to 36 mos, 0% APR); promo credit ends when eligibility requirements are no longer met. Select biz customers w/6 or more mos of VZ service: credits begin in 1-2 bills.
Other biz customers: credits begin 2-3 bills after trade-in is received by VZ. Smartphone trade-in must be received by VZ w/in 90 days & meet program requirements. Credit(s) will be charged back to acct if trade-in is not received within 90 days, differs from appraisal and/or does not meet program requirements. Most trade-in device conditions accepted; exclusions apply. Monthly smartphone fee after full trade-in credit: $0.
