Changing your wireless number FAQs

It only takes a few steps in My Business. 

1. Sign in to My Business.
2. Click Manage then Account, then click View wireless numbers.
3. Click the box next to the number you want to change, or use the search box to find your number.
4. Click I want to...
5. Click Change wireless number (99 lines max)
6. Choose the area code and exchange for the new number in the dropdown menu (the exchange is the first 3 digits after the area code).
   
7. We’ll send a confirmation email to the address listed. You can enter additional emails in the box below.
8. Click Submit.

There’s no charge to change your number in My Business.
