To update or edit user information and/or the address on file for a user, follow these steps below.

1. Sign in to My Business.
   
2. Click Manage, then click Account, then View wireless numbers.
3. On the All wireless numbers page, click I want to...
4. In the "Wireless user" section, click Edit user information (200 lines max)

On the Change user information page, you can enter or search using a variety of criteria:

• Wireless number
• Account number
• Wireless username
• Device ID
• SIM ID
  
• Cost center
• Wireless user ID

You can also download a spreadsheet to make changes to up to 200 lines

To change your user information: 

1. On the Change user information page, you can find you line by scrolling, or enter your search criteria and click the magnifying glass icon. Your results will be listed under the search box. 
2. Click Select on each number you want to change, or if you want to change all the lines on an account, click Select all.
3. When you've added all your lines, click Continue.
4. On the Change user information page, enter your updated user information. Complete all fields that have an asterisk.
5. Once finished, click Submit.
