1. What is the Transaction History page in My Business?

The Transaction History page displays information purchasing and service transactions processed in My Business for the past year.

2. Why would I use it?

The page is useful for viewing details of account updates, by whom and the current transaction status.

3. Which roles can view the Transaction History page in My Business?

The following roles can view an account Transaction History:

  • Primary Contact/Administrator
  • Analyst
  • Maintain
  • Maintain & Pay
  • Maintain Limited
  • Maintain Service Business
  • Maintain Service Only
  • Maintain Service Plus

4. How do I get to the Transaction History page?

There's 2 ways you can access the Transaction History page. 

  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click Manage, then click Account, then click View transaction history.

To view your transaction history for a specific mobile number:

  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click Manage, then click Account, then click View wireless numbers.
  3. Click the mobile number you want to view.
  4. Click the Recent Activty tab, then click View all transactions.

5. How do I search for my transactions on this page?

You can search for transactions in multiple ways. You have the option of changing the time frame and search criteria.  

Search by:

  • Transaction type
  • Wireless number
  • Transaction ID
  • User ID
  • Status
  • Account number
  • Date range
6. How do I download or print my Transaction History?

To download your Transaction History:

Click the down arrow icon in the Transaction History navigation bar.

  • Click Download PDF
  • Click Download CSV

Click the printer icon in the Transaction History navigation bar to print. 

7. What does the gear icon do?

The gear icon allows you to customize the information you view on your Transaction History page.

The available column headers are:

  • Transaction ID
  • Wireless number
  • Account number
  • Transaction type
  • Status
  • User ID
  • User name
  • Date

8. What does the + icon do?

The plus icon expands the section and provides additional details regarding your order, such as who submitted the order and when it was submitted. 

You can also download and/or print order details for your records.

9. I don’t see my order. What do I do?

Businesses often have a lot of orders due to the amount of lines on their accounts and information may be displayed on different pages. 

To view additional pages:

  1. Scroll down the Transaction History page.
  2. Click Next to advance the page, or click a page number to advance to a specific page number.
10. How do I view my Transaction History in the My Verizon for Business app?
  1. Sign in to the My Verizon for Business app.
  2. Tap the 3-line navigation menu in the upper left hand corner of your screen.
  3. Tap Orders.
  4. Tap the order to view the order details.
