Raw Data Download How To Use Guide

Raw Data Download reports, or R-D-D reports, allow you to view and organize data for multiple accounts and mobile numbers.
This is an advanced report, best for large amounts of data. Our main Reports page has many options for general My Business use, such as Purchasing, Monthly usage, and Business account analysis.
RDD reports are designed for account administrators who want to customize their analysis by inputting My Business statement information into their internal systems.
Please note: RDD reports are available 7 to 10 days after your latest bill cycle date.

Create an RDD report
Sign in to My Business to access the RDD report link.
- Log in to My Business.
- Click Reporting, then click View all.
- Click Show More to display all reports.
- In the "Other Reports" column, click Raw data download.
- Start your RDD report by selecting a month and clicking Download.
- You’ll get a zip file with 4 text files, containing a variety of data depending on your accounts and usage.
- When you click on the text file, you get what can charitably be called a pile of gobbledygook. This is ok. (Fear not, it’s easy to create a useful spreadsheet out of this raw data.)
- For example, in Excel, go to the text file and highlight the whole page.
- Copy the page data.
- Open a spreadsheet, like Excel or Google Sheets, put your cursor in the top left cell, and paste.
Voila! From mess to usable spreadsheet.
You might have to expand the columns to see some of the data, but it’s all there, to edit, filter and sort as you please.
You’ve successfully created a Raw Data Download report.
