1. What is Auto Pay for Verizon Business accounts?
Auto Pay is a feature in My Business and the My Verizon for Business app that allows you to set up a recurring monthly payment for your wireless bill. We'll automatically withdraw your payment every month, using your preferred payment method.
2. What are the benefits of using Auto Pay?
Because Auto Pay is set up to make a payment each month, you won't have to worry about making a late payment. It also saves time because you don't have to manually make a payment online or by mail each month.
3. I've just enrolled in Auto Pay. When will my first automatic payment take effect?
When you enroll in Auto Pay, you'll be told when the first automatic payment will post as part of the enrollment process.
Typically, you'll need to manually pay your upcoming bill, and Auto Pay will start the following month.

4. How do I create an Auto Pay schedule?
You can set up Auto Pay online in My Business or in the My Verizon for Business app.
Click the Actions dropdown then click Edit auto pay schedule.
In the "Set your monthly payment day" section, select the new date you want. The latest date you can select is 3 days before your bill is due
Click Update Auto Pay.
Review the details and click Confirm Auto Pay.
You've successfully updated your Auto Pay date. You'll be shown a confirmation page that displays your next Auto Pay date. If your next payment is due before your next Auto Pay date, you should make your next payment manually.
Changing your Auto Pay payment date in the My Verizon for Business app:
Tap the 3-line navigation menu icon in the upper left corner of your device screen.
Tap Set up Auto Pay and sign in.
Tap or slide "Turn on Auto Pay?" on.
Select the day of the month for your payment.
Note: the latest day available will be 3 days before your bill is due.
Select a payment method. If you already have a saved payment method, it will already be displayed.
Read and Agree to the Terms and Conditions and tap Save.
Tap Confirm on the pop-up notification.
You've successfully set up Auto Pay in the My Verizon for Business app.
