Memo bill distribution & emails
A Memo bill shows charges and usage details for a specific wireless number. The email address associated with the wireless number gets an email with the Memo bill in an HTML attachment.
You can create a Memo bill for:
- A specific wireless number
- Each wireless number on an account
- Even each wireless number for the entire company
PLEASE NOTE! (And we rarely use all caps. Or exclamation points!) Because Memo bills are sent as individual emails, large accounts or companies with a lot of wireless numbers can generate A LOT of emails.
Make sure you only get the Memo bills you need, and not automatically for all the lines on account or company. Your inbox will thank you.
To get a Memo bill for a specific wireless number:
- Sign in to My Business
- Click Reporting, then click View all.
- In the "Reporting Position" section, click Go to Reporting Position.
- Use the dropdown boxes to assign a mobile number to your Reporting Position. Select Wireless Number in the Element and Attribute dropdowns.
- If you know the wireless number, or just a portion of it, enter it in the Keyword box.
- Click Filter.
- Click the number you want the Memo bill for, and make sure it's in the "Wireless Number" section to the right, under "Details"
- In the upper right of your screen, click Memo bill distribution.
