Resetting passwords and updating or deleting users in My Business

Get started

It only takes a few minutes for the account Primary Contact or an Admin to update user information, delete users or start the reset password process in My Business.

Here’s how to get started.

  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click Manage, then click Company, then click Company users.
  3. On the "Company users" page, you’ll see a list of My Business users, or you can find a specific user by entering a user ID or username in the search box and hitting enter on your keyboard. 
  • Click Edit to update user information
  • Click Delete to remove this user from My Business
  • Or click Reset Password to start the password reset process for that user
