There may be a time when the wrong sales representative is associated with a My Business order. Having the correct sales representative helps keep them up to date and better able to meet the needs of your business.
Updating your sales representative is simple and can be done on your Order Checkout screen using the steps below.
Confirm your sales rep
The Checkout page has a tile with sales represenetative information in the lower right corner of your screen.
