Managing your billing accounts
All accounts overview page
Your All accounts page is the go-to-resource in My Business for almost anything related to your account.
You get quick access to useful information and links to update and optimize your wireless usage, such as:
- Viewing your real-time bill balance
- Seeing your number of lines and active lines
- Seeing how many devices are ready to upgrade
- Editing your billing address
- Managing your billing account alias
- Updating paper free billing
- Managing plans
- Creating reports
- Managing family and friends
- Buying accessories, devices and new lines of service
- Managing alerts and notifications
Sign in, navigation and search
To get to your All accounts page:
- Sign in to My Business.
- Click Manage, then click Account, then click View account numbers.
Click the Search box get account information by:
- Wireless number
- Account name
- Account number
- Billing address ZIP code
Account information rows
Each row starts with your account name and number, and 4 sortable columns to view account information:
- Billing information
- Total lines
- Active lines
- Upgrade eligibility
You can download or print your list of accounts, just click the icons on the right above your list of accounts.

Action links
Use the 3-dot navigation icon at the end of each account for quick access to a number of useful account features. Click any link to:
- Edit billing address
- Manage billing account alias
- Update paper-free billing
- Payment history
- Manage plans
- View Reports
- Manage family and friends
- Buy accessories
- Buy new service
- Buy a new line of service and a device
- Update your alerts and notifications
You can get complete account information on your Account overview page by clicking any link in your account row:
- Account number
- Active lines
- Upgrade eligibility
